For New Student Applicants at CCS
Once you have concluded that Cornerstone is the best fit for your student, complete the application and application fee online. Once the application has been reviewed by the Head of School, Dr. Smith, you will be contacted to set up a time for a student assessment. We are thrilled to partner with you in educating your children in the knowledge and wonder of God's creation, so they may be people of service and reconciliation in the world.
An application completed online includes a non-refundable $200 fee for new students. Once you have completed the application, you will receive a confirmation email with details about setting up a student assessment.
Enrollment & Re-Enrollment Process

To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our ParentsWeb through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login:
To access ParentsWeb:
- Please go to www.renweb.com
- Select Family Login from the menu bar and select FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login:
- Please go to www.renweb.com.
- Select Family Login from the menu bar and select FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
- Enter CS-OH into the District Code field and select Log In option.
- After the Family Portal Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account.
- Enter the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
- Click the Create Account button.
- You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
- Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
- Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
- Close the window.
- Log into Family Portal as instructed below.
- After you have created a username and password, to access Family Portal:
- Please go to www.renweb.com
- Select Parent Logins from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
