For New Student Applicants at CCS
Once you have concluded that Cornerstone is the best fit for your student, complete the application and application fee online. Link is provided below. An application completed online includes a non-refundable $200 fee for new students. Once you have completed the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the application has been received and reviewed by the admissions panel, you will be contacted to set up a time for a student assessment if space is available. If a student assessment is scheduled and conducted, results will then be reviewed by the admissions panel. A parent meeting will be arranged to discuss the results with a member of the admissions panel. If CCS is able to serve the student, acceptance will be offered.
At times, it is necessary to begin a waiting pool for classes that are full. When deciding acceptance from the waiting pool, the following items are comprehensively considered: family church involvement, application date, families that have more than one child in which there is room in one grade but not another, families with potential rising students, likelihood of students staying through fifth grade, and extenuating circumstances.
